A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. This website is designed to work with the bare minimum: it uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner.

This cookie is necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested (the language) and is exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may, in certain circumstances, use strictly technical security cookies to protect the site from automated attacks; these do not require consent either.
Third-party content: Google Maps and YouTube
On the Where we are page we offer a Google Maps map. The map does not load automatically: only when you press "Load map" is the content requested from Google, which may then set its own cookies and process your IP address under the Google privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, use the "Open in Google Maps" link or any other map service with the address shown on the page.
Likewise, on the Video page the YouTube player only loads when you press "Play video", in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); Google may then process your IP address and set cookies under its privacy policy.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the lang cookie, the site will pick the language from your browser settings again. Instructions for the most common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
